Ginger Bates

Ginger joined Eastbridge in 2012 as Director of Research and is responsible for leading the annual Information Partner program as well as client-specific research initiatives that support growth and improvement in the worksite/voluntary market. She brings over 25 years of experience in qualitative and quantitative marketing research, strategic marketing and planning, and product development — gained through roles at a leading worksite carrier, as president of her own research firm, and now with Eastbridge.
